In the unfortunate event that you should need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior. Appointments that are cancelled in less than 24 hours prior, or the client does not call or show up, will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. I understand that some events are uncontrollable, we are human and life happens! I am reasonable 😊 just please call or text and let me know. Don’t just not show up…thanks
